Ingredients

Cod fillet 800 grams
Egg 3 pcs.
Milk 100-150 ml.
Salt Taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the cod fillet for a couple of 30 minutes. Then it is laid out in a mold and poured with an omelet mass and again in a double boiler for 30-40 minutes. The result is a very easy to prepare and dietary meal. If you pour only a "protein" omelette, then you get a dish allowed with a 5P diet.
