Uzhs) this once was enough for me.

RepeShock,
Irin, so before that, semolina was cooked in it normally - I cook semolina without delay and only on weekends. Somehow long-playing Hercules escaped with a delay, but not so much, although with my getting up an hour before the start of the working day it seemed that much.
Pchela maja,
Marin, so on weekdays, milk with a delay on the Manual at 90g. and I cook, but it doesn't taste good to me after porridge from my ancient Panasonic - and at 90 the inner lid is not always clean.

I have the impression that the Kasha mode does not work very correctly - well, there should be no escape, period

I would have passed it under warranty then.
If it is stated that she must cook milk porridge, and she does it incorrectly, then it is a marriage.
Antonovka
Pchela maja,
So I think - hand over not hand over for repair. It turns out that I have a running malfunction - we run, we don't run. There is a chance that the service will work fine. I would adjust the sensor there normally and that's it
Pchela maja
I would pass without options
Nata1500
What are the real dimensions of this multicooker?
Manna
Dimensions of what? Bowls? 2 liters to capacity. Useful 1.2-1.5 liters.
Nata1500
Manna, and what is the difference between the omelet mode and the manual one, for example, with the same parameters? If you cook porridge on an omelet, will it be the same as on a manual one? I understand that the porridge mode is with periodic boiling, so you can't replace it with 100% manual mode, so I'm asking about the omelet mode.
I also read the instructions for the cupcake mode. The default temperature is 160 and must be done with the lid closed. At the same time, it says further that at temperatures above 130, you need to cook with the lid open, how is that?
But what if the milk porridge is boiled in the egg mode (88 degrees) for 15 minutes and left on the heating - will it be fine, do you think? No multi yet, I choose

And about the size of the bowl, can you measure its dimensions in cm? Thank you))
Manna
Nata1500, I see, you have not even tried to read this topic. It has answers to all your questions.

Milk porridge does not need to boil regularly. Enough once, and then if the milk is not pasteurized. Which mode not to cook is up to you. On Omelette, as I remember, there is no delay start.

Bake at 120-130 ° C with the lid closed. 160 ° - for frying with the lid open. If it is 10-15 minutes, then it is possible with a closed one.
Nata1500
Mannaon the contrary, I read absolutely the whole topic.
In this slow cooker on the porridge mode - periodic boiling (in your words). For milk porridge, periodicity is not needed, I know, which is why I am asking about the opportunity to cook it on the egg mode at 88 degrees, and not on the manual one at 90.

And about the size of the bowl in cm, I really did not find in this thread.
Manna
Nata1500, I cannot name the sizes now, only after the holidays. On the Eggs? How long do you plan to cook it? And on Eggs, the temperature gradually increases, up to a boil.
Nata1500
Manna, something I'm completely confused ..... In the instructions on the mode, porridge is 90 degrees, and it boils, in eggs - 88, and they will also boil. Does this multicooker keep the temperature? Or only manually?
Manna
Nata1500, the instructions always indicate approximate temperatures, without taking into account the program algorithm of a particular mode. This is how all instructions are written, except for Brand instructions. Actual temperatures during operation of the mode may (and most often are) differ.
HealPerson
Girls, good afternoon.
I purchased this unit as my first multicooker.
I have questions because I think it is defective.

Reading the instructions, I realized that before the first use it is necessary to boil the water. I poured half the container, set the manual mode, 100 degrees, 5 minutes. After the end of the program, the water was slightly warm. I repeated the program for 15 minutes. The steam from the valve came out only after 10 minutes.
Next, I tried to make the "potato gratin" from the attached recipe book. I did everything according to the book: scrambled eggs, default temperature 80, time 30. At the end of the program, only the cheese melted, raw potatoes. I repeated the program for another 20 minutes - no changes. Put an omelet at 110 degrees for 20 minutes. After that, the potatoes, of course, boiled, but I did not get what I expected. The dish didn't work out.
Further, focusing on the post Manna (warming up the soup on the "Eggs" mode), I followed how the multicooker works in the "Egg" mode. Here everything turned out the same: eggs - 0 minutes, at the end of the program the water started to bubble a little.
And finally, now I was making an omelet. He poured chopped onions, tomatoes, poured in beaten 2 eggs and 50 ml of milk. Omelet - temperature unchanged - 25 minutes. Without a hint of a crust, the tomatoes are half raw, the onion has not grabbed at all, crunches.

I believe that after all, in all the situations described, I should have received something different. Have you faced similar problems and have you tried to cook specifically potato gratin from the book?
Thank you.
Manna
HealPerson, I do not see a hint of incorrect operation of the device. I see the wrong choice of modes. I advise you to study this topic and what modes are used for what purposes. And recipe books are always, absolutely always, written with errors. I often don't even open them (and not only me). Good luck in mastering the device. And, if you have any questions about choosing a mode, please contact us - we will definitely suggest the right one.

I studied the topic, to the best of my ability and patience.
80% of the material is about cereals and muffins. Unfortunately, this is not what I need.
Unfortunately, I did not find answers to my questions.

When making an omelet in the situation described above, should I have gotten raw vegetables?
Your video blog has an omelette video. You used the omelet mode for 20 minutes and kept it on the heating for another 10 minutes, as far as I remember. Almost everything is the same, after all. You probably didn't crunch the Bulgarian pepper later?)

Tell me then, please, what do I need to do to get an omelet with "ready-made" vegetables? Fry them beforehand on another program or what? Why then are these modes needed?
I would also like to know what needs to be done to finally get this "potato gratin".

I am not accusing anyone of anything, help me figure it out.
Manna

Yes. Onions, and even 80 ° C together with tomato, is not enough, it will definitely crunch. And there can be no crust for an omelet at 80 ° C. If you want a crust, set it to 100 ° C.

Yes, spas them a little on Cupcake mode.

Obviously, at 80 ° C, the potatoes will be raw. Such dishes need higher temperatures - for example, on Porridge or Kekse at 120 ° C. 30 minutes is the minimum, if there are few potatoes and few layers, if more, then more time is needed.

HealPerson, I have never tried to make an omelet with vegetables in this thing, but without vegetables, a crust in a slow cooker cannot be achieved. The omelet from this multicooker is more like a steam omelet - an evenly cooked egg mass without a hint of fried.
Antonovka
I have fried downstairs when you set temperatures higher

Thank you all, girls!

I will try.

I figured out the omelet.
I fried vegetables on a muffin and cured them for 15 minutes at 90 degrees.
It turned out well.

I wondered how to stew vegetables. I decided to ask for advice before trying.
Which is better? On porridge? Should I add any liquid? Maybe you can advise the sauce.
HealPerson
Without waiting for advice, I fried zucchini on a "muffin", poured sour cream with chopped garlic and covered with grated cheese.
40 minutes on "porridge" turned out to be very even.
Manna
Oh, I didn't have time to answer, I was just sending a message

Yes, on Kasha. Liquid? Vegetables give a lot of liquid. If the sauce, it is better thick with sour cream, thick yogurt, tomato paste, adjika, tkemali, etc.

Hello girls! A week ago I became the happy owner of the HD3060 multicooker. Previously, I had nothing to do with any other. The main reason for buying was that I like to put a saucepan or a frying pan on the fire and run away to the computer for three minutes and hang there until everything burns down. size! And what a blessing that I came across your forum. It helps a lot in all the questions that arise! Thanks everyone! I cooked millet porridge with pumpkin according to the recipe from the book, only increased the amount of milk. Buckwheat porridge, omelet. Everything is still in the standard mode, neither the temperature nor the time has changed. Happy as an elephant. everything is very tasty. Today I'm going to swing at soup and charlotte. Wish me good luck
Manna
Olga, congratulations on purchasing an assistant! Good luck! Let it only make you happy!

And yesterday I baked a honey biscuit (on soda) for 2 eggs in Filipka. Baked for 45 minutes. on the Keks mode at a temperature of 120g, stood after baking a little in the form (about 10 minutes, probably).
Here is such a handsome man

I bought it today! In M-video 2990, where she still remains. And it cost me 1500 (50% of the price for a promotion with scratch cards) !!!!
Hurrah!
Manna
What a good price! Congratulations!

Hello!
Two weeks ago I bought a multicooker in the Victoria store for a special offer for stickers Price 3800, I always wanted a little cartoon, I saw it in the store and immediately fell in love with it. I cooked oatmeal, yogurt, pâté in it, baked a cake according to recipes from the book, tried to cook rice porridge, she ran away from me, washed it with my husband and today tried to cook buckwheat porridge according to Manna's recipe (thank you very much), everything worked out and the porridge remained on the spot, on a delayed start, I have not cooked yet. I bought a silicone insert for steam cooking in the Fissman store.
Vishenka999
Girls, in Ufa it is still there for 2990 in Mvideo on Gubaidullina. Hoya on the site it is not available

If rice was milk and ran away, and buckwheat on water, then it is not correct to compare, these are different dishes.
I do not know of any cases when ordinary buckwheat ran)
Anastasenok
In general, I cooked corn milk porridge. I washed half a glass of cereals.I poured milk and water in half in a ratio of 1 to 6. And I set the Kasha program for 1 hour. Perfectly welded, at the very beginning you could hear a boil, at that moment the inner surface of the lid got a little splattered. Then there were only slow gurgles until the end of the program.

Rice was in milk, and buckwheat milk in half with water. But before that, I cooked oatmeal from the recipe book in milk, she didn't run away.
Rituslya
She began to leaf through the topic for the sake of curiosity, but immediately got to my messages. It turned out amazingly.
Officials now have almost 8 thousand. For me, it's just very expensive.
Maybe she didn't want to be friends with me ...
But you, devuli, only have pleasant impressions!

Antonovka
And I don't dare to cook milk porridge (albeit 1 to 1 with water) on Kasha - they run (((I cook on Ruchny at 90 degrees. I can say with confidence - in the old Panas milk porridge is more problem-free and tastier, and in Filipka - rice on the side dish is inimitable
Vishenka999
She put the milk porridge very carefully, but nothing escaped, the lid was stained only on the bottom
Antonovka
Vishenka999,
And it's good that I didn't run away - maybe I have some kind of marriage. After all, nothing ran away from Mannochka. I really like Filipok and if it weren't for running away - I would be absolutely delighted with him)

I'm trying to find a steamer for the baby.

Thank you in advance!
I fit from "VITEK VT-4202 W" fits, and to close the lid I remove the inner plate.
I bought myself a silicone insert-steamer, it goes into the bowl, only a little handle is bent inward, I have not used it yet. No picture is inserted, only a link.
🔗
And I have a metal one, it fits in size, but it can scratch the bowl, you need to put something like a silicone mat under the legs and insert and remove it carefully so as not to touch the walls. 🔗
d.kvl
Thank you! I didn’t find it in online stores ((I’ll go to regular stores on weekends. Now at least I know from which multi search!))
zhita
d.kvl, if you want to buy a multicooker "VITEK VT-4202 W", think about why you need it, milk porridges run away, you need to turn it off yourself, there is no timer, etc. The steamer from it is also unlikely to be sold separately, besides there are few products ...

The silicone insert is very expensive, it is better to buy a separate metal steamer, they are sold everywhere, cut a circle out of an inexpensive silicone mat under the legs, and use it.

I don't want to buy Vitek for myself. I have a Phillips 3060. I also have a steamer. And before multi, I used it every day. And now I only use it when I need to boil a lot of vegetables for salads.
And when I cook soup for a child in a cartoon, I want steamed meatballs right away. Because of the two meatballs, the steamer doesn't really want to get dirty.
The metal one will scratch the bowl. And I'm afraid to buy cheap silicone (maybe I'm a headache)
Therefore, I want to choose an original insert from a multicooker, suitable in size, or a branded silicone
zhita
d.kvl, I have a silicone insert from "Fissman", called "insert into a 17.5 cm steaming pan", it enters the bowl, just bend a little handle inward (its top expands), it costs 739 rubles.
You probably won't be able to cook soup and meatballs at the same time, the legs are 3 cm high.
