  • Put coarsely chopped onions and bacon into the processor bowl. We cut it coarsely because then we will increase the speed of rotation of the knives and chop everything by itself. In the meantime, turn on the automatic cooking program for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes from the start of cooking, add the spices. I had turmeric, cardamom, ground white pepper, coriander, sweet paprika, dried tomatoes.
  • When the processor turns off, pour in the cream and turn on the program: 90 degrees 15 minutes stirring speed 1. When the cream starts to steam, increase the rotation speed of the knives to 4 (so that the onion and bacon are chopped and a delicate sauce is obtained). Upon reaching the required degree of chopping, reduce the speed of rotation of the knives again to 1 and put the chopped meat. I had leftover baked pork the night before for lunch. At the end of the program, pour the creamy meat sauce into a saucepan and cover to keep warm while we prepare the side dish.
  • As a result, we get a delicious sauce for spaghetti or pasta with a minimum of body movements. And I just had spaghetti planned.
  • Rinse the processor bowl. We pour water. To speed up the process, my kettle was already boiling by this moment. Consider this point to calculate the cooking time. If you are pouring cold water, then add 4-5 minutes to the cooking time for it to boil.
  • We set the automatic program for 10 minutes (on the packaging of pasta check the cooking time). Put spaghetti in the hole in the lid. Do not press on them and do not try to drown them forcibly. They themselves will smoothly sink into the water. When the processor finishes the program, open the lid and drain the pasta, keeping 4-5 tablespoons of cooking water in them. Add butter or olive oil (to taste) and serve the dish.
