Ingredients

Biscuit:

Sugar 150 g
Ground walnut 150 g

Baking powder 1 tsp

For syrup:
Sugar 100 g
Water 150 g

Plum or cranberry jam 400 g
For decor:
Boiled condensed milk 150 g
Cream33% 200 ml
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • 1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • 2. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks.

  • 11. Taking out the biscuit, separate it from the sides of the form with a knife, let it cool completely, then remove it from the mold.

  • 13. Beat the cream cheese with well-chilled cream.
  • 14. Add boiled condensed milk and beat again.
