Ingredients

Potatoes 3-5 pcs
Sunflower oil for frying potatoes
Salt, dill taste
Onion 2 heads
Onion pickling salt taste
sugar for pickling onions 1 tsp
Any vinegar for onions 1 tsp
Pork meat 500gr
Onions for meat 1 PC
Onions and garlic for marinating meat 2 pcs
Salt, pepper, meat spices taste
Sunflower oil for bowl lubrication

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into pieces, grate well with salt, pepper, seasonings, garlic and onions, grated on a coarse grater. Place in a baking bag and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. After marinating, put onion, cut into half rings, in a bag on the meat.
  • Put a bag of meat in the multicooker bowl. Using the "Menu" button, set the "BAKING" program, the cooking time is 45 minutes, after the end of baking, open the lid, break the bag and set the Stew program for 30 minutes. Cook until the end of the program.
  • Pickled onions (cut two heads of red onions into large rings, salt, add 1 tsp each sugar and wine (apple, grape) vinegar and marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator)
  • We fry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into large pieces, add a little salt, pour oil into the bowl so that only the bottom of the bowl is covered. Close the lid. Switch on the Baking mode for 30 minutes. After a minute, put the potatoes on the heated oil. Pour dill onto the finished potatoes, mix.
  • And the less potatoes you take, the tastier it is fried.
