And since I wanted this Pie for 5-7 years, and recently, when all my acquaintances have already surrounded us (most of them have already appeared and everyone is happy to faint), I had no choice but to "let the chef talk about my unearthly dream," as a prize I received this DREAM. I brought it home a week before the New Year. The husband was probably crying. And for the new year, giving me other gifts, he opened.
And I literally lost my living bonus money ................. .....

This is the fourth time I bake. Now "egg bread" at the maximum volume, I added 50 g of peeled flour to the 1st grade flour.

!!!!! Doesn't smell like yeast at all. It was kneaded very well and stood, that is, like a dough with 1 lining. Well porous and resilient, and a very large loaf turned out, for 1 kg. Impossible tasty !!!

The 254 does not have a rye program or a dispenser - containers for nuts and raisins and other tasty little things. The rye bread program involves a longer proofing period at a higher temperature. The 255 Panasonic has a spatula for rye bread and can be purchased separately at the service center. Bread from rye flour in rye mode is not very good.
I only baked rye once and now I am looking for new recipes and "folk technologies" for making and baking rye bread. I'm careful!
A very good effect is given by mixing on the "pizza" program 2 times for 15 minutes and then again on the full "rye" program. Here on the site ALL information is there!
Then the dough will be lighter, and the bread will be more porous.
In addition, folk experience suggests that rye turns out better on the "diet" program, which is also available in 254, and viscous ingredients get stuck in the dispenser and not all fall out, it suits, in an amicable way, only for seeds and nuts, but I still I did not use it, I add everything at once or sprinkle it on top carefully !!!!!! after raising the dough. I do this: I open the lid halfway, quickly grease the top with either a beaten egg or salted water and sprinkle with seeds or sesame seeds or coarse salt.

In the instructions there is not even a word about the existence of this "flashing" in the programs.
And it is, but is not indicated in the table, it happens somewhere in the middle from the beginning of the "rise".
And all Poseika's cat is mine. He walked, walked, and suddenly, as he roused himself and sat down at the stove, he tensed. The TV is loud and I didn’t immediately hear the stirring sounds. I also came up - this valve works and kneads the dough that has already risen slightly. At first I got scared - the machine went off. But sweat, when the dough rose again, I realized that it was a crush of dough.

Thus, when baking bread with the "Basic" program, the "bake rapid" is suitable twice, with one kneading of the dough when rising.

Here's another way to find out when the ingredients are dropped from the dispenser ??? Greatly necessary.

I found a recipe from another site, but some kind of joint (a cup, and how much, I found out that about 150g).
Now I have adapted it for Panasonic 255.

Onion bread with olives.

* 1 +1/2 onion heads,
* 1 tbsp. l. olive oil,
Onion cut into thin half rings turned out 160g + 20g of olive oil (1.5 tbsp. L). After frying, all together it turned out 120g.

* 1/2 cup chopped olives (80g = 40g olives and 40g olives)
* 3 cups bread flour (i.e. 450g, I used 600g for medium size)
* 3/4 ​​cup of water (eh-ge-ge, it was difficult here, 3/4 of 150g is 112.5g very little, in general, for 600g of flour I needed 310g of water (300g is possible).
* 1 tbsp. l. Sahara,
* 1h. l. salt,
* 1 + 1 / 2h. l. dry yeast,
* 2 tsp dry parsley.

Here, probably, it is good to work with the dispenser, but I folded everything at once and the olives crumbled a little while stirring. It was better to put them in the disp-r.
I put it in Panasonic 255 like this:
- 1.5 tbsp. l. dry yeast,
- 600g double sifted flour (Granmulino tried it),
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara,
- 1 tsp. salt,
- 80g chopped olives (40g) and black olives (40g),
- 120g ready-made dressing of fried onions in vegetable oil (160g raw onions and 20g olive oil),
- 300 ml of warm water.
Parsley was not at home, I managed without it.
"Basic bread" - "bake rapid" -size L-medium crust- "Start"
In total, about 1135 was laid.
The output of the finished cooled bread is 1035g. Here's how. The liquid has evaporated.

I cut off the crust, looked closely and decided that water needed a little less than 20-25 grams.

Actually, I have two significant problems.

First: I did not notice this in the first 5 breads (although there was a suspicion), but now (6th) I know for sure that the temperature in the room and air movement affect the baking. Today it got colder and the wind blew through the windows. The stove is located not far from the window, and as a result, the near part of the bread turned out to be lighter than the one at the back of the lid attachment.

Second: when the loaf comes out of the bucket, it hits lightly on the table surface and is slightly crushed. I think it's a matter of training.
