Sweet garlic buns "d'Al"


Garlic oil:
Garlic 3-5 teeth.
Softened butter 60 g
Water (I have serum) 150 g
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 100 g
Sugar 50 g
Fresh pressed yeast 15 g
Opara all
Milk 150 g
Sugar 100 g
Salt 10 g
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 400 g
Garlic oil all

Cooking method

  • For garlic oil, dip the unpeeled chives in boiling water for 5-10 seconds. Then rinse with cold water, clean and return to boiling water for 1 minute. Pass through the garlic, mix with oil, leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
  • For dough, heat the water to 37C, add all the ingredients of the dough, beat until smooth, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Then add all the ingredients for the dough, except the garlic oil. Knead the dough according to the scheme:
  • 3 minutes - at low speed
  • 5 minutes - at high speed, add garlic oil
  • 3 minutes - at low speed, until the oil is evenly distributed
  • 5 minutes - at high speed until dough is smooth:
  • Sweet garlic buns "d'Al"
  • Fold the dough, place in a greased container, cover and leave for 30 minutes. After a while, knead the dough. Fold in an envelope, return to the container and leave for 60 minutes.
  • Then knead the dough, divide into 15 pieces of 70 g each, shape a bun from each, place on a baking sheet at a sufficient distance from each other, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until tender for about 30 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
