Ingredients

Sesame seeds 500 g
Olive oil 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Dry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan or in a micro (I dried them in a micro on a crisp plate at 160 watts, 3-4 minutes) ..., then pour into a blender glass, turn on 1st speed and add oil drop by drop until it ends , 1 time helped with a silicone spatula (just cleaned from the walls), when all the oil is poured, turn on the 4th speed and beat until smooth, it turned out to be a gorgeous, just silk "Tkhina" .... It is stored in the refrigerator for 2 months, it is made on its basis sooo many different sauces and pastes. (Tomorrow I will use it for Hummus) Bon appetit!
