Ingredients

Water 1 liter
Round rice 3 tbsp
Celery root 1/5 part
Yellow onion medium 1 PC
Potatoes medium 1 PC
Medium tomato 1 PC
Medium carrots 1 PC
Homemade stew (frozen in portions) 2 pieces
Spices (Provencal herbs) 1 tsp
Salt taste
Bay leaf 1 PC

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour water into a blender glass and put frozen stewed meat pieces. Enable 100 * mode. Time 25 minutes (default).
  • 2. While the water is heating up and cut the vegetables into small pieces and place in a blender. By that time, the stew will defrost and grind the entire contents of the blender at 1 speed, but not until pulp. Add Provencal herbs.
  • 3. Rinse the rice thoroughly. Put it in cheesecloth + bay leaf and tie, but so that the rice is in the water during cooking and at the same time leave enough space in the cheesecloth so that it swells. Put the rice in a blender so that the end of the lace and gauze are exposed for easy pulling out). It will be brewed for 12 minutes. (I did it in time after the start of the program before the rice was booked).
  • 4. After the end of the program, remove the rice. Grind the contents of the blender until a homogeneous mass is formed, starting at 1 speed and gradually reaching 4. Then salt and mix. Remove the rice from the cheesecloth and put in a blender and stir again. The soup is ready.
