Wheat-corn bread on fermented baked milk

Ingredients

Wheat flour 450 g
Corn flour 100 g
Ryazhenka 370 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Brown sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • During the second batch, I added 1 tbsp. l. water, it seemed to me it was tight.
  • Bread turned out to be 920 g

  • Baking on the "basic" mode, 1000 gr., Medium crust.

Note

I'm new to the site. I have a bread maker for a week, I am very happy with it. So I decided to show off some bread.

Messalina
turned out delicious, only very dense. I'll try later instead of fermented baked milk to use milk.
