Ingredients

Flour 260 g
Water 230 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Oil 1 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1 tsp
Helas Lazarus mix 100 g

Cooking method

  • For the sample, I took a proportion of 500 g loaf
  • Program French bread, dark crust.

A couple of weeks ago I finally got to the Pekarsky House and, as my husband said, “I was so bad at the soap,” I grabbed everything and more, barely satisfied me home. Today, finally, hands have reached the cornbread. So. as the recipes of the Bakery House did not inspire me. I decided to take as a basis the recipe for French bread from my native HP.

I forgot to write that I added gluten for 1 hour. l. The bread turned out to be beautiful and very tasty. And everyone has already written about smells here. Now bread is being kneaded on the basis of a mixture from the "Borodinsky" bakery house in my interpretation. If anyone is interested, then I'll tell you and show what happened
