Chicken thighs (small) 4 things.
Olives 0.5 stack
Fine salt 1 / 2-2 / 3 tsp.
Ground black pepper taste
Pickle from olives 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.

  • 1. Rub the thighs with salt and pepper on all sides and under the skin.
  • 2. Remove pits from olives, if any.
  • 3. Chop a few pieces (4-5) and place them under the skin.

I don't like olives or olives. But my men adore them. I decided to please them today. We ate the new dish with pleasure. Sauce (and it turned out a lot) was poured over spaghetti.
