Ingredients

Butter 375 g (180 g) *
Crystalline sugar 250 g (125 g)
Egg 1 pc (0.5 pc)
Milk 2 tbsp. l. (1 tbsp. L.)
Almond extract 1/2 tsp (1/4 tsp.)
Wheat flour 875 g (437 g)
Baking powder 1 tsp (1/2 tsp.)
Vanilla sugar 8 g (4 g)
Salt 1/2 tsp (1/4 tsp.)

Cooking method

  • * Ingredients in brackets are for 1/2 serving
  • Soften the oil at room temperature or in a microwave (only soften!). Put all the ingredients in a bread maker and put on the \ "Pizza Dough \" program. Switch off the program as soon as the dough is well kneaded.
  • Squeeze the dough out of the syringe onto a cold, bare, unlubricated baking sheet - then the cookies adhere well to it before baking and well behind the syringe, and after baking they separate well from the baking sheet.

  • It turned out quickly and tasty.

Note

We took the recipe from the forum at home, but the fact that the author said that the dough should turn out to be soft and tender, and that it should not be put in the refrigerator after cooking, prompted me to use a bread machine. But between preparing portions, I still put the dough in the refrigerator.
