Dessert "Pumpkin-apple delight"

Ingredients

sweet pumpkin 1 lb (454gr)
apples 2lb (908g) or 3 large
sugar ½ cup
cinnamon 1h l.
Nutmeg 1 / 4h l.
Ground cloves 1 / 8h l.
Corn starch 2h l.

Cooking method

  • Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into thin slices about 1 inch (~ 2.5cm) square.

Note

The original recipe contains a second version of this dessert, which is healthier, without sugar. I cooked according to the first, but translated both versions. Use whichever you like best.
Ingredients for the second option:
4 ounce pumpkin (approx 100g)
1 apple
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pinch clove, ground
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup apple juice
sugar substitute of your choice
