I used the Noodles program to knead a small amount of starter for self-leavening bread - only 5 minutes was enough!

This bread made from wheat flour of 2nd grade with the addition of rye flour and white malt on a self-leavening starter, dough with spelled flour on cucumber brine, kneaded for 10 minutes on "Noodles", then proofing for 1 hour on "Yogurt", then 5 minutes on "Noodles" , 1 hour "Yogurt", then the dough just stood with the bread machine turned off for 1 hour.
