Instant oat flakes 5 tbsp. l.
Wheat bran 6 tbsp. l.
Water 320 ml
Salt 2 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 1/2 tbsp. l.
Butter 45 g
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Powdered milk 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Basic mode, XL (but not very large.)

I want to introduce you to the bread, which turned out by chance, but remained in my heart forever. There was just not enough flour and I decided to leave what was in the bucket. I took a recipe from the book "Bread from several types of flour" as a basis.
The taste is so delicate. Try it.

Did everything according to the recipe. She replaced only wheat bran with rye and threw 3 tbsp. lies. pumpkin seeds. The rest is exactly like the author, for which many thanks to her !!!

Thanks for the recipe. Instead of buckwheat flakes, I took 100 g of buckwheat flour, 40 g of wheat bran. I have been using pressed yeast for a long time. I multiply by 3. We have no problems with pressed ones. Dry, instant, still have to be found. Lie just in case. But I stir compressed yeast separately with liquid, sugar and flour. The mixture is raised in MB in Dough mode during the leveling phase. At the beginning of the batch, such as dough, I add to the bucket. And I also changed the program.
