Ingredients

DOUGH:
Sour cream (curdled milk) 250 g
Mayonnaise 250 g
Eggs 4-6 pcs.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Soda
(extinguished by prescription,

1 tsp
FILLING:
Cabbage 500 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Minced meat 300 g

Cooking method

  • I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious and quick meat pie that we got from a neighbor.
  • Cabbage - chop, salt and knead
  • Onion - chop, mix with cabbage
  • Salt and pepper the minced meat
  • The dough is like thick sour cream in consistency.
  • Half the dough is poured onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper, then the cabbage is laid out, the minced meat is evenly laid out on top of the cabbage

  • and everything is poured with the remaining dough and sent to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes.

Note

Delicious both hot and cold. We like it more on the 2nd day - the cake seems to be soaked and becomes more homogeneous. But the pie does not always live up to the 2nd day, so my grandmother cuts it into smaller pieces Help yourself!

Kitiara, thank you very much for the cake recipe. I baked it today. Only in my oven it turned out 45 minutes. The dough was made exactly according to the recipe, sour cream 20% "Yasne sonechko" Kryvyi Rih and homemade mayonnaise without eggs, flour 320 g, that is, 2 glasses. The cabbage was less than 500 g, but I put the largest onions I had, and the filling was more than enough. I could not take a picture, because my husband went to watch and made a pie for him. I just cut a piece, tried it and I can say with confidence that it is delicious, easy, fast and without problems!
