I made buns and have a couple of questions: should the dough be left in the refrigerator for 30 minutes? And most importantly, what consistency should the dough be when you roll it out? When I added 1.5 tablespoons of flour, it was liquid, with 2 glasses it was "wet", you can't roll it out with a rolling pin, added a little more (0.5 tablespoons) and rolled it into a layer, although it still stuck to the rolling pin, baked in a multi-piece DEH ... It turned out tasty but not airy, a lot of flour, but they ate mine

Lenchik, no. I did not put the dough in the cold, I baked it right away. As for the flour, it was necessary to knead the bun. soft enough, but to lag behind the hands. My glasses are ordinary, not cartoonish .. Maybe they shifted the flour? So the dough is very simple .. As for the airiness, the buns rise a little when baking, but not as fluffy as yeast dough. I read it again and understood you. Let the dough be soft, do not transfer flour (no more than 2 tbsp). Just pour a little flour on top. when you roll it out with a rolling pin.
