Ingredients

cod fillet 400 g
shrimp 150 g
lemon 1/2 pc
milk or sour cream (1-2 tbsp. l) 200 ml
flour 2 tbsp. l.
curry taste
salt pepper taste
garlic 1 clove

Cooking method

  • Marinate the fish with a mixture of lemon juice and curry powder and leave for 1 hour.
  • Prepare shrimp sauce.
  • To do this, fry chopped onions and garlic in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils. Fry the shrimps in the same place.
  • Add flour, milk or sour cream and bring the sauce to a boil.
