Ingredients

Wheat flour 230 g
Corn flour 90 g
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Light beer 120 ml
Flax seeds 20 g
Sesame 20 g
Pumpkin seeds 20 g
Butter 200 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Knead flour, butter, salt, sugar and beer dough, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • 2. Roll out a thin layer of dough, sprinkle with seeds and sesame seeds and press them with a rolling pin to the dough. Can be rolled out on the back of the baking sheet and baked there.
  • 3. Cut into triangles and bake at 190 * C for 15 minutes.
  • 4. This amount of dough makes 2 cookie sheets.
  • 5. Cookies are not too salty, crispy (even on the second day), with a beer aroma and slightly sweetish.
