Cupcake Venetian Bauble

Ingredients

Oil 100 g
Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 100 g
Flour 125 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dark bitter chocolate 100 g

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
  • Knead the dough by mixing softened butter, sugar, eggs, salt and then adding flour.
  • Put half of the dough into the form on the bottom, put half of the chocolate on it, artistically mix with a knife or a spoon handle, repeat the same by putting the second dough and chocolate. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes.
  • It is surprisingly tasty, especially the combination of sweet dough and dark chocolate. She made her own adjustments to the original recipe, taking exactly BITTER chocolate (the bitterness of chocolate is not specified there).
