Creamy yoghurt ice cream

Ingredients

homemade yogurt 200ml
cream 33% 250ml
milk 250ml
sugar 4st. l.
boiled condensed milk 4st. l.
powdered milk 2st. l.
vanilla sugar 10g

Cooking method

  • Beat the cream, add and mix with the steel ingredients, pour into an ice cream maker.
  • It will turn out to be almost a whole bucket of mass.
  • Ice cream preparation time 50 minutes.
  • Ice cream tastes creamy, yoghurt does not give a sour taste.
  • Yogurt: 900ml milk, 100g cream 33%, jar "activio"
