lamb ribs 500 BC

Cooking method

  • Rinse beans and soak for 1-2 hours. Put in a multicooker bowl and pour in water slightly less than the volume of beans. Put the lamb ribs on top and turn on the "Stew" mode for 2 hours. At the end of the mode, when the multicooker switches to the "Heating" mode, add salt, add coarsely chopped onions and carrots fried in butter (in a pan) separately. Pass the garlic through a press directly into the multicooker bowl. Add your favorite herbs (I have oregano). Mix everything and leave on heating for another 1-1.5 hours.
