Pumpkin puree soup

Ingredients
Pork brisket 100-150g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Bigger pumpkin
Boiling water 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method

Cut the brisket into small pieces and fry in a saucepan. Add onions and fry more. Then add potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, cut into small cubes, garlic. salt, pepper, a little boiling water. Close the pressure cooker and put on the \ "Soup \" program. When finished, you can add two tablespoons of sour cream and scroll through everything in a blender. Serve with croutons.
