Creamy jelly dessert with pear (I Love My Pear Salad)

Ingredients

canned pears 425g
gelatin 85g
cream cheese 227g
nuts 1/2 cup
syrup 1 glass

Cooking method

  • 1. Strain the pears and leave 1 glass of syrup.
  • 2. Heat the syrup in a saucepan, dissolve the gelatin in it and bring to a boil.
  • 3. Combine pears with cheese using a blender, pour in the gelatin mixture and beat.
  • 5. Pour into a mold and cool.

* in the original the recipe is called "I love my pear salad". but since in our understanding the salad looks a little different, then I just designated it as a dessert.
* I didn't have cream cheese, so I used cottage cheese with cream.
* in the original recipe, some semi-finished green topping was added, I did not add it.
* for the first time I made this recipe as written in the instructions for preparation, but outwardly the dessert was very different from the one I saw in the photo (it really confused me). the second time I made a "puff salad": 1st layer - fruits are no longer pears, but pineapple) + syrup + gelatin; the second layer is cottage cheese + cream + gelatin.
* The "nationality" of this dish was determined by the website on which I found the recipe.
