Quince with walnuts and raisins (Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Quince large 2 pcs
raisins 30-40 g
peeled walnuts 30 g
honey 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the quince in half, remove the core. Raisins, if large, cut into small pieces, do the same with nuts. Add honey. Fill the quince halves with raisin-walnut-honey mass. For greater stability, quince bottoms can be cut off. Place the stuffed quince in a non-stick bowl. Switch on the "Vegetables" mode, 0.7 bar. The default cooking time is 15 minutes. The cooking time must be chosen depending on the size of the fruits, I had very large ones (2 pieces weighed 1kg 300g).
