Nalistniki with cottage cheese in cream

Ingredients

Filling for the handcuffs:
Cottage cheese 500 g
Sugar 1 glass
Egg 1 PC.
Vanillin, raisins
To fill:
Bazaar cream thick 0,5 l
Sugar 1 glass
Vanillin on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • We fry the spreads according to the recipe Zhivchik Thin pancakes (patches)... While they cool down a little, prepare the filling - cottage cheese 500 g + 1 glass of sugar + 1 egg + vanillin + raisins - knead everything well. We put 1 tbsp. spoon on the edge of the pancake and wrap it in an envelope. Put the wrapped pancakes in a container or pan.
  • After all the pancakes have been filled, we prepare the filling - the cream (necessarily bazaar, thick, not sour cream!) Heat up with a glass of sugar and vanilla to a boil, stirring occasionally. How to boil - immediately pour pancakes! Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator. We eat cold or at room temperature. The recipe seems to be the simplest, but it turns out incredibly tasty! And those who try them for the first time wonder for a long time - what are the pancakes filled with?

Otpaaad! I even felt the taste of pancakes with cottage cheese and cream in my mouth! What a life! As soon as I was going to bake a cake in a slow cooker, and report to the girls, and here you are ... with your stunning dessert. Lyubochka, tell me, please, is there a lot of sugar, by any chance? Is the dish itself too sweet? Why am I asking, because if it really turns out sweetly, then I will remove a little sugar for myself. Or is the sweetness offset by the sourness of the curd? What do you think?

Helen!
These are delicious pancakes! And they can be combined with a cake - a cake in a cartoon, pancakes on the stove. But seriously, the pancakes can stand in the refrigerator while the cake is eaten! Or put them in line! With regard to sugar - no, not much. Such pancakes are made only in the villages of the Pavlograd region of the Dnepropetrovsk region.

Lyubawhat delicious pancakes! Thank you very much for the recipe!
Does the creamy filling become thick after cooling?
Prus - 2
Yes, the fill becomes thick, but not solid. Like a custard, but it tastes very tasty, people think that there is condensed milk and butter. But at the same time - not quite condensed milk - the taste is specific, words cannot be explained. Be sure to try!

I will definitely pamper my own. Once I cooked canilloni with curd filling and then baked them in cream. I think it should be very tender with the pancakes.

Lyubasha, thanks for the recipe)
Thus (with such a filling) my mother-in-law prepares cheesecakes.
In fact, she is so delicious)

Nalistniki are spring rolls, a dish made from unleavened egg batter in a greased hot frying pan. Pancakes are served with various appetizers, sour cream, and stuffed with jam, mushrooms, meat, berries, homemade cottage cheese, raisins, boiled cereals, fish caviar, etc. It is also interesting that, at first glance, the leaflets are just pancakes with a filling. In fact, the casing for the leaflet differs from the pancake in taste and properties. Plain pancakes are thinner, more elastic, almost tasteless, they are needed so that it is convenient to serve the filling, so that its taste is not overshadowed by anything. An ordinary pancake is not very suitable for this - it is both thicker and more porous, and cannot always retain the moisture of juicy fillers.

The dish is especially widespread in Ukraine and Moldova.

Glad, girls, that you liked the recipe! They are well worth cooking! Irochka, I give the definition of nalistniki: "Nalistniki are a dish whose taste is familiar to everyone since childhood. Nalistniki are thin pancakes rolled up in an envelope with a filling inside. The filling can be different: mushroom, meat, fruit, vegetable. The classic version is cottage cheese, grated with sugar and raisins. " Nalistniki - Ukrainian name, Russian name - pancakes. And since we live in Ukraine - the name nalistniki has the right to be.

Lyuba, thank you very much for the detailed answer! I'm putting your pancakes on the next line. I will call them "Pavlograd" so as not to confuse them with anything. I will write about the results. Thanks again!

Lyuba, you reminded me of a delicious dessert from my childhood! Thank you! Mmmm what a memory!
My Polissya grandmother made something similar from fluffy non-yeast pancakes.
I put them in layers, spilling (or rather greasing) with thick raw cream and sprinkling with sugar. I put it in the cold. After a few hours, the sugar dissolved, forming a translucent glaze, and the cream was almost completely absorbed into the pancakes. It was magical!!!
