Cream of cauliflower soup with shrimps

Cauliflower 300 gr
Potatoes (cut into medium cubes) 1 tuber
Onion 1 head
Celery stalk 1 stalk
Garlic. 4 cloves
Rosemary 2 sprigs
Butter 80 gr
Olive oil 50 ml
Cream 33% 100 ml
Sea salt
Black pepper
Put butter and 2 cloves of garlic in a multicooker bowl. Heat and fry, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Then put the vegetables, continue to fry, stirring for 5 minutes.
Pour water 5 cm above the vegetable level into a bowl. Turn on soup mode for 20 minutes
In a blender, beat the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, spices to taste. In the resulting mixture, marinate the shrimps for 5 minutes.
Fry the shrimp on a hot grill for 2 minutes on each side.
Add cream to the soup and beat with a blender. Season to taste.
Pour into tackle and garnish with shrimps.
