Cooking method

  • 1. Wash ribs and cut into portioned strips. Salt and brush with a mixture of mayonnaise and adjika. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, more is better.
  • I made a marinade from what was at hand: grilling spices, mayonnaise, soy sauce, mustard.
  • 2. Set the "Frying" mode for 25-30 minutes, wait for the sound signal, pour in some vegetable oil, wait for the oil to heat up and fry the ribs for 10-12 minutes on each side paragraph 4.

  • 3. While the ribs are fried, peel and wash the potatoes. If the potatoes are large, cut into 2 or 4 pieces.
  • 4. Transfer the ribs from the multicooker bowl to the steam basket. And in a bowl, fry the onion rings (do not disassemble into separate rings!) For 2 minutes on both sides. Place the onion on the ribs.

  • 5. Put potatoes in a bowl, salt and season with your favorite spices. Pour 1/3 of the multi-glass with water. Place the hinged steamer on the bowl.

  • I poured a whole glass of water, so the potatoes turned out to be boiled, not baked. But it's better to pour it according to the recipe
  • 6. Set the "Porridge" mode, leave the pressure 0.7, the default time is 10 minutes.
  • After the signal, put the potatoes and ribs on a platter, serve with fresh vegetables.
