Pumpkin noodle soup

Ingredients

Pumpkin 600 BC
Turkey fillet 100 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Vermicelli 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the pumpkin, cut into large cubes, add water so that it is covered, put to simmer for 1 hour. Boil the turkey with carrots and onions separately. I did in two multicooker at the same time. Purée the finished pumpkin with the turkey carrots with a blender. Remove the turkey from the broth, chop finely, add to the pumpkin. Pour over the strained broth. Season with salt, bring to a boil, add noodles, cook for another 5 minutes. Add sour cream before serving.

Note

You can add spices to taste. I threw away the boiled onions. Vermicelli is the smallest.
