Today the Caple IC3308C automatic ice cream maker came from China.
The instructions say what was made in France, but this is unlikely: this model is not presented in European stores, and more than enough in Chinese. At the same time, it is very inexpensive.
Outwardly very similar to the model Unold De Luxe... However, the panel and functionality are different.
3 in 1 because this wonderful machine not only makes ice cream, but also freezes ice (cubes) and even ... ta-dam !!! makes yogurt! The range of the maintained temperature: from +50 to -40 С!
There is also a quick defrost function (apparently in order to get rid of condensation and also for easy extraction of a frozen product, for example, the same ice).
If I understood correctly (with my poor knowledge of English), the preparation of yoghurt is much more interesting than yoghurt makers or multicooker: after the end of the mode, the unit automatically switches to lowering the temperature to 2 - 8 C in order to stop fermentation. Now you can be sure that your yoghurt will not oxyderate if you were unable to follow the end of cooking and put the yoghurt in the refrigerator in time.

As you can see, there are different containers for ice cream and yogurt, there are ice trays ...
But that's not all! The seller additionally put in an electric manual 7-speed mixer from Scarlett with two attachments, another ice cream spoon, a vegetable peeler, a couple of special knives for peeling citrus fruits and an egg separator (separator of yolks and whites). Generously!

I have not tried it yet, I continue to study the instructions and look for a place for a very weighty and voluminous unit. But the purchase is very happy.

I made ice cream without looking back at the recipes, on a whim, from what I just found in the refrigerator. Result: tasty, but watery (melts quickly). Still, it was necessary to take half the milk (correspondingly reducing the sweet component).

In general, in an hour of work, the temperature dropped to -4 C. However, when I pulled out the bucket, the temperature began to decrease, and very quickly reached -12 C, but it was worth putting the bucket of ice cream back, the temperature rose again. After turning off the mode and automatically switching to cooling, the temperature was maintained somewhere at the level of 0 - +2 C.

I didn't have time to make ice cream when I grabbed a sore throat (that's why I haven't tried the popsicle myself yet, but judging by the taste of the finished ice cream, it should be good. And they look generally wonderful.
As soon as I get better, I'll try to make a thicker ice cream (with cream, no milk), then I'll report back.

The ice cream turned out to be dense, with a slight sourness. After an hour of freezing in an ice cream maker, the temperature reached -14 C (it is interesting that in my first experience with milk ice cream - an hour later the temperature was only -4 C).

From the ice cream there was an unused leaven. I decided to try the ice cream maker in preparation yoghurt (before that I used only a multicooker for this purpose).

So, I took:

Structure

UHT milk 6% - 800 ml
Starter culture "Prostokvashino" 1% - 200 ml

Preparation

Mix the ingredients directly in the plastic ice cream yogurt bucket.

Close tightly with a lid with a silicone O-ring, put in the ice cream maker on "Yogurt" mode for 7 hours.
The yogurt turned out to be SUPER tasty: dense, not at all sour. I do not know what the "fault" is - whether the leaven, whether the ice cream ...

During cooking, the temperature sensor ranged from 42 to 47 C.
I put it in the evening, at night ... By the morning, the "yogurt" mode not only ended, but automatic cooling turned on (2 hours of this mode passed for me). The temperature sensor showed 6 C.
By the way, the heating in this ice cream maker is quite noisy.

I poured 280 ml of water into an ice cream bucket.

Gently and very slowly dipped the set with the silicone ice mold into it.

I put it in the ice cream maker on the "ice" mode (1 hour).
At the end of the regime (the ice cream maker squeaked persistently). Turned on the "Defrost" mode (3 minutes). However, this was not enough: in order to remove the form with ice, she literally lowered the bucket for a second into a bowl of boiling water.

The ice cubes were removed from the silicone mold very easily, without any problems.

Ksyusha, for ice, the default timer is set for 60 minutes (I did not change it), although the instructions say that 40-50 minutes will be enough. Judging by the fact that the defrosting was not enough to warm up the walls of the bucket enough to remove the mold, I still overexposed the ice.

Not very much ice is obtained (less than 300 g, this is the maximum according to the instructions). The cubes are small, but very easy to remove.
