Ingredients

Thawed mackerel 2 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Onion 2 pcs.
Gelatin 2 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Vegetable oil for roasting vegetables

Cooking method

  • It will not be a shame to put this fish even on the festive table! Delicious!!!
  • Cut off the head, fins and tail of the fish, gut and remove the ridge and bones. Cut along but not completely.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, fry in oil. Cool and put on one half fillet along the entire length.
  • Sprinkle the other half with 1 tbsp. l. gelatin. Connect and wrap tightly in plastic wrap in several layers.
  • Put the fish in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Take it out and put it under a press until it cools. Then put in the refrigerator overnight. Cut into pieces (it is better to cut in a film, and then remove it).
