Ingredients

Cooking method

  • There are a lot of recipes for pies on the site and all are good, but I could not resist and decided to post my own: pies from this dough do not stale for a long time, are light and airy, and the dough itself is lean, which is important for those who are fasting.
  • I kneaded the dough with HP, I don't add all the flour at once, I look at the bun, it should be very soft, but not smear (dough mode for 1.5 hours). Then she kneaded the dough, formed pies and baked in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • If there is no HP, then from all the ingredients we knead a soft dough, mix very well until the dough becomes soft and elastic, grease the mousse with vegetable oil, lay out the dough and cover with a towel, put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. Knead the finished dough, form pies (18-20 pieces), grease with vegetable oil and let it stand for about 20 minutes, put in a preheated oven, bake the pies for about 20 minutes. Put the finished pies on a towel and let them cool for 30 minutes.
  • For the filling: remove the core from the apples, cut into small pieces, add sugar and cinnamon to taste and cook for 5 minutes.

The dish is designed for

18-20 pcs.

Note

If the filling is not sweet, reduce the sugar to 2 tbsp. l.
