Cute! But again by 5 liters, so if it were 3 liters, I would be raving.
kozerogg71
Yes. there is a table with cooking times. But it seems to me that she cooks longer than 4002. Although it shouldn't be. The 5010 has more power.
Rick
Here I was also surprised by the cooking time, especially if it does not take into account the pressure gain. I also have a cartoon

irusik_77, I'm waiting for your report, I want myself a pressure cooker, while I'm reading, I choose to watch this one interesting. it's a pity we have it so far only in an internet store, where you can order, come, pay, pick up on the website. Touch, twist, look at the bottom
Lasunya
Eh, no one writes anything about these pressure cookers, there are no reviews anywhere, but for some reason I see her right in a dream, where are you, the owners, ayuuuu! May have to be the first
gloriya1972
On E5 it costs 6675, in a gray version it is more expensive. There reviews appeared, they are very praised.
Lasunya
I still bought it, today they brought it, I already boiled it and cooked the compote, the first impressions are very pleasant, the body is metal, although I thought that there was plastic in the pictures, the saucepan is heavy, and the pressure cooker itself is not light, in general, I like everything very much, I will master ...
irusik_77
and I really like it. I've been cooking in it for two weeks already, the pan in it is solid, heavy and the removable plate on the lid is also heavy. A generally good solid cartoon
Olekma

Vei

Lena, I took it off like this: the lid is open (upward) I turn it to close and pull the lock and the plate that can be easily removed on the lid, everything can be wiped off, and it is easy to remove and insert the valve on the plate there, too, on the plate it is easy to remove and insert, the lock that in the middle it DOESN'T UNSCREEN !!!
yukayuka

irusik_77, irusik_77, tell me, which Orson multicooker in your opinion is better than 5005 or 5010?
Tat
Owners of this model share, does the problem with milk porridge (spattered lid) also exist in this model?
Scarecrow
Tat,

Yes. I cooked on the "rice" program (the recipe for millet milk porridge is in the instructions), I set the pressure on one (as indicated in the recipe), but milk was not just spattered, it also climbed through the valve (the table dripped). These milk porridges made me sick))) ... I have 4 !! multi and none cooks the way I like. Milk began to curdle constantly in Kuko ...

We must also try the "torment" mode for porridge. He is without pressure (95 degrees).
Scarecrow
I tried "languor" for millet millet porridge. Everything worked out great. BUT!!! An ambush was immediately identified))). The timer in the Simmer mode does not work. That is, porridge cannot be put on a delayed start in the morning. And the minimum languishing time is 2 hours. I had to forcibly turn it off after 1 hour. After 2 there will be a mess.
Syn_2006
Hello everyone. I've been cooking for three weeks in it. I won't say that I cook everything. But I was preparing corn milk porridge. Very tasty. I can't do that on the stove. Stewed cabbage, with and without meat. I try different programs for stewing and for meat. ONE races fried carrots and onions, the other just laid everything. But with frying with an open lid on the baking mode, it does not work. Loses temperature. And on the program. did not try frying. I cooked lazy dumplings for a couple, according to the r-that from the book is also wonderful. I didn't like the stewed milk. I don't know what the reason is. Ruba on a pillow of vegetables is also delicious. The problem arose when I decided to bake a cupcake. For some reason, the condensation on the lid and the whole stack on the cupcake got in. From this, the cake turned out like boiled. Maybe something will tell me why I did it.
And about what is better to choose 5010 or 5015 I will answer as the consultant answered me. The body is metal, and, importantly, automatic pressure relief. And in 5015, you yourself have to monitor the pressure from this on many caps and burst. From myself I will add a removable cover, I still need to put it somewhere, but I just lifted this one and everything. Somehow, this cartoon seemed more comfortable to the touch. Although 5015 wanted a whole year and precisely because of the removable cover. And now I understand how convenient it is with this one. But this is purely my subjective opinion.
irusik_77
I don’t like to cook milk porridge in it, and I don’t like the “frying” mode yet (it would be more powerful, I would fry, not torment)

Girls, I take my words back (I looked at how others cook milk on it) and found my ideal porridge (for 1 liter of milk + 2 multi-glasses of rice + 4-5 tbsp. L sugar, a pinch of salt) for the porridge mode for 30 minutes and everything turned out as we love , the milk is perfect, I cook the pilaf on the rice mode (I fry the meat (baking) + add onions and carrots + seasoning for pilaf, add rice and water so that it covers everything with water that is not thicker than the little finger, the pilaf turns out to be crumbly (as soon as the rice mode ends, let it stand on heated minutes 20)

In the "Rice" mode, it is better not to cook milk porridge, because the touch mode, designed to boil off the liquid.
Buckwheat, millet, rice porridge can be cooked in the "SOUP" or "Stew" mode, pressure - 1.
Oatmeal, as oatmeal is cooked very quickly, can be prepared as follows: bring the milk to a boil in the "Roast" mode, add the oatmeal and the porridge will be ready in 6 minutes (2-3 servings). For each multi-cup of milk - 2 tbsp. l. oatmeal.

Do you want milk porridge for the morning? I propose to cook according to this recipe:

Milk Porridge Buckwheat in the morning MP5010PSD
Ingredients Quantity

for 3-4 servings
Buckwheat (unground), multi-cups 1
Salt, tsp one
Granulated sugar, Art. l. one
Milk 3.5% fat, 5 multi-cups
Besides
Butter, g 10

Cooking method:

1. Pour milk into a multicooker pan, add granulated sugar and salt.
2. Bring the milk to a boil using the Roast setting. This will take no more than 4 minutes. It is better to cover the lid, but not block it.
3. Pour the washed buckwheat into boiling milk, stir and turn off the multicooker.
4. Set the "Heating" mode, by the morning (after 8 hours) the porridge will be ready.
5. Arrange the porridge on bowls, season with butter and serve.

Note:
It is recommended to use sterilized milk.
Porridge can be eaten even after 6 hours, and after 10 hours, the quality and taste do not change.
This method allows us to cook without putting on and releasing pressure to avoid early morning noise.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

And why cook for Soup or Stew, porridge is perfectly cooked in Porridge.
Last time I cook porridge only at 5010.
s-tonya-s
Does steam go on constantly during the cooking process? It's just that in some multicooker pressure cookers, steam comes only at the very beginning, when the pressure and temperature are set. And in this constantly. In my kitchen the wallpaper has fallen behind
Tanyulya
In general, steam does not go, only when the pressure is released and then a little.

So it is written in the recipe book. ))) Here I am, like smart Masha and repeated)).

At all. I like the saucepan. I have been rolling into the use of new technology for a long time, I need to "try" it. Now Orson (how to pronounce something in Russian? Who knows what ...))) is right at my fingertips and 3 months of absence of the hob due to repairs inspired me a lot to use all my multicooker. I cook Karaite eggs, meat for soup, stew potatoes, chicken, etc. I never cook rice because of the presence of a sophisticated Japanese induction rice cooker, so I graze here. I really like the pressure variability, but the lack of a timer in some modes narrows my possibilities)))
s-tonya-s
from above, where the valve, water drops come out with steam. Is this the norm? And when the steam comes out, the valve knocks. And during cooking, quiet clicks are periodically heard.

Clicks are the norm, the multicooker maintains a certain temperature and relieves excess pressure (well, this is so purely in the kitchen language), this does not always happen, not during the entire program. On some programs it is stronger on some less. But there is no steam jet and my wallpaper is in good condition.
GruSha
Girls, congratulations !!!
Brought a beautiful cartoon today! Thanks to Tanyula for reviews, tips and videos.

Tell me, have you thought up chicken soup with barley, "soup" mode, pressure on the swing? And will the "taste" button on average be ok? How much time to deliver? Chicken on one side, pearl barley on the other
Scarecrow
s-tonya-s,

This is the norm for me all my life, it works like that. And water droplets are sprayed out along with the steam.
Chita
Girls, tell me what is the lowest temperature she has? Will you be able to do sous-vide in it?
Stavr
Chita, No sous will not work in it, all programs are automatic, you cannot set the temperature.
Chita
StavrThank you very much for your prompt reply! Otherwise I'm in a painful choice between Shteba and Orsonchik ;-)
Stavr
Chita, For a sous kind is definitely a shteba!

Hello everyone.Tell me, did anyone bake something in it? I tried it somehow, but the cake was covered with condensation. In others, the valve is removed. And what to do with ours? And yet - I still can't remove the plate from the lid. That would be someone who posted the video. And then maybe I'm doing something wrong

In the "Bake" mode, very little condensation may form, which does not affect the taste of the baked goods. Removing the inner plate is quite simple: pull it towards you by the central fastener, you do not need to twist.

Girls, help! For several months now I have been in search of the optimal multicooker - pressure cooker. (It started with a sale in the Mulek Stadler store of forms, which she did not dare to buy, although now it is generally cheap in total 1,500). But I decided nevertheless that in the presence of an excellent electric stove, just a cartoon, money wasted (although 1500r now is not money), and there is a high probability that the equipment will stand idle - take up space and gather dust. In general, I decided to look for a multi-pressure cooker. I like 3 models - this Orson 5010 (in M-Video now 5880), a multicooker with a pressure cooker function MOULINEX CE 503132 (6589r in Eldorado), or wait for Redmond 110 to appear somewhere (not yet in the city, only through the Internet, but already about 10000r ((the price bites). Tasks for the desired technique - consistently good porridge for the morning (of course a delay) for the daughter of a future first-grader, jellied meat in a couple of hours, well, and faster cooking after work (when she came tired, she threw the food into the pot - I pressed the button - after a while I returned - it's ready!) In general, I rush about, I can't figure out what to choose ... I bow to Orson (cheaper), but there is no multi-cook (how much is it needed?) Most write that after a while it starts to be missed. Help !!! If I wrote to the wrong Temko, forgive me, point your finger where, I will correct
