Wheat bread with flakes 7 cereals per hearth (oven)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 450 g
7 cereal flakes 50 g
Warm water 150 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Brown sugar 3.5 tbsp. l.
Butter (melt in hot water) 25 g
Yeast dry 7 g
10-11 g fresh
Egg 1 PC.
Milk 50 ml
Sunflower seeds 50 g
Bread Spice Mix 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Kneading the dough in a food processor, baking in the oven.
  • But such bread can be completely baked in a bread maker by kneading the dough according to the rules of a bun, Basic program.
  • - Pour hot water into a cup and dissolve the butter in it.
  • - Mix water with butter, egg, sugar, salt, milk, flour in a food processor and start kneading the dough.
  • - After a few minutes (when the flour is soaked in liquid) add all the flakes and continue kneading the dough. In a harvester, this is about 10 minutes at low speed. Then add 2/3 the number of seeds and knead for a couple of minutes.
  • - Check the condition of the kolobok - a kolobok is desirable with medium elasticity, but make it according to your taste.
  • - Put the dough for proofing in the oven at 30 * C until doubled. I distribute the dough in the same bowl of the food processor that I used to knead. To prevent the dough from sticking to the bowl, add 1/3 tbsp. l of vegetable oil.
  • - After the first proofing, form a flat cake about 2-2.5 cm thick from the dough, cut the surface into segments and put it on the second proofing at 30 * C until it doubles.
  • - After proving, grease the surface of the cake with a beaten egg, sprinkle with the left seeds. We put it back in the oven.
  • Then we turn on the temperature by 180 * C and start baking until tender.

I saw in the magazine Collection of recipes the recipe "Bread with cereals from 5 cereals".
I wanted to repeat.
But, as always, one thing is written, but when kneading the dough, another immediately turns out, does not converge with what was written in any way.
I will do it my own way - as it turns out.
I like it. The recipe has the right to life.
It turned out to be normal table bread, suitable for lunch and breakfast.

There are 3-4-5 more grains or 8 grains. Long-boiled flakes. Any will do.

I never buy porridge, it is always made of quick-boiled flakes

Clear. Yes, I know 3, 4, and 5 cereals. I even baked bread with five cereals. But I have never seen 7 cereals. Either they do not take them to our small town, or I didn’t pay attention ... I will keep in mind, I will definitely look in the store. I want to bake.
