Mother-in-law's tongue from zucchini
3 kg of peeled zucchini
1.5 liters tomato juice
2-3 HEADS of garlic
1 cup 9% vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of sugar
3 tbsp. tablespoons of salt
2 chili peppers
2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard (ready-made)

Grind garlic and pepper with a blender, pour in tomato juice, oil, vinegar, add salt, sugar, mustard, tomato. pasta and put on fire.
Peel the zucchini, cut them into tongues 1 cm wide, then across.
Put squash tongues in the boiled tomato mass and cook for 40 minutes, reducing the heat.
Put zucchini in sterilized jars, pour boiling sauce, roll up, wrap until cool.
