Natural turkey cutlets in almond-cheese breading

Ingredients

natural turkey cutlets with bone 6 pcs. 120g each.
PANING
roasted almonds 150 gr.
Gouda cheese 100 g
curry mix 2 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
sweet and sour apple 2 pcs.
small tomatoes 15 pcs.
salt taste
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
thick cream 100 ml.
garlic 5 teeth

Cooking method

  • Lightly beat off the turkey cutlets. Beat the egg with a fork in a separate bowl. Cooking the breading. Grind almonds in a blender, grate cheese on a fine grater. Combine all components of the breading. Dip cutlets in an egg, roll in breading and fry in a well-heated frying pan with olive oil until red crust. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees with convection. Pour 1 tbsp into a deep small baking sheet. spoon of oil. We lay out the peeled tomatoes in such a way that under each cutlet there are 2 tomatoes. Put cutlets on the tomatoes. Distribute slices of peeled apples and finely chopped garlic between cutlets. Add lightly to taste. Cover tightly with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour the cream over the cutlets and put in the oven for another 30 minutes. Cook crumbly rice for a side dish. When serving, place the cutlet next to the rice. Drizzle with sauce. For the sauce, beat the contents of the baking sheet (naturally without cutlets) with an immersion blender.

In my opinion, it is so tastier, the nuts crunch. The sauce is the most straightforward. It was necessary to urgently use tomatoes and apples. Without cream, it tasted harsh to me.
