Salad with baked peaches and peppers

Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
Peaches 2 pcs.
Blue cheese 50 g
Rucola 125 g
Olive oil taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Bake pepper and peaches at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Place in a saucepan, cover and leave to cool. Then peel and cut into strips.
  • Finely chop the cheese.
  • Tear the arugula with your hands.
  • Combine everything, season with oil and salt, mix.
  • Delicious, light, summer salad.
