Ingredients

Dough:
Squash juice 250 g
Dry yeast (I have a Saf-moment) 3 g
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 100 g
Sugar 12 g
Dough:
Opara all
Sour cream 50 g
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 300 g + 20 g when kneading
Salt 10 g
Sesame 30 g
Vegetable oil 15 g

Cooking method

  • For dough, mix juice, flour, sugar, yeast on any program for 3 minutes. Turn off HP and leave for 30 minutes.
  • For the dough, add all the ingredients to the dough (except for sesame seeds, which should be added on a signal). Program "French bread" (3 hours 20 minutes), 750 g, medium crust.

  • Very soft bread. Stores well.
