Ingredients

minced meat 500gr
onion 1-2pcs
potatoes 3-4pcs
butter 20-30gr
salt
pepper
for the sauce:
sour cream or mayonnaise or ketchup ...

Cooking method

  • The potatoes were washed, peeled and coarsely grated and squeezed out of excess juice. Finely chopped the onion. In the minced meat (I had pork + chicken) I added grated potatoes, onions, butter, salt and pepper and mixed well. I got seven large meatballs, which I fried on one side on the program frying Level 3, five minutes, turned it over and turned off the program. Filled it with sauce. I had sour cream sauce with mushrooms, added some water to it, mixed it well and poured it into the multicooker bowl on the meatballs. I closed the lid of the multicooker, turned the knob to the "closed" position, chose the program multi-cook and set the temperature to 120 degrees for 20 minutes. Twenty minutes is a set and cooking and depressurization in Cuckoo, and exactly 20 minutes later, immediately after the signal, the lid opens and everything is ready. Bon Appetit!
