Ingredients

Oat flakes 100gr
Wheat flour 300gr
Water 400ml
Sugar 1h
Salt 1h
Dry yeast 12 g

Cooking method

  • Put a stand with hot water on the bottom of the AG flask and set the dish with the dough for proofing on the lower rack.
  • Don't forget to install the AG ring. Turn on the AG, V-n, 65 degrees, 20 minutes.
  • During the proofing, the dough volume will double.
  • Next, put a foil on top of the mold with the dough, after making punctures in it with a fork. Next comes baking.
  • Install 260 g, V - n, 20 minutes
  • Then switch to 180g and bake for another 25 minutes
