Water 220 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Oil 3 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Garlic 5-7 teeth

Cooking method

  • After readiness, divide the dough into small balls - 1.5-2.5 cm in diameter. Fry in a large amount of oil on both sides. After frying, while the donuts are still hot, squeeze the garlic from the garlic on them (you can add a little water to the garlic), mix.

It is possible, but it will not be the same. Don't worry, they absorb very little oil. I fried them in a pan. From the photo you can see that the oil covered less than half of the donut. With this amount of oil, I fried all the donuts, not adding oil.
