Baked in porridge for 1 hour 20 minutes.

I made cottage cheese heated at 65 degrees for 2 hours - for some reason it came out more like Adyghe cheese. Yesterday I made ribs with buckwheat, at the beginning I put the ribs and onions on the meat for 25 minutes, then I added buckwheat and another on the meat for 20 minutes, the buckwheat was not cooked, then I had to put it on Porridge for 10 minutes.
