Can you turn off the heating function in advance?

The heating function, if it is jammed into the program, cannot be turned off.
The way out is very simple. I've been doing for some devices without automatic for so long. on off,
The stores sell free on-off timer sockets. They are different: mechanical, electronic, daily, weekly ... Take (if not yet at home) the simplest one (from 300 rubles). Turn on your multicooker through this adapter, set the time on the timer after which the proibor should turn off and go! After a specified time, after the cartoon has cooked the food, it will turn off and only a business for 10 seconds of additional settings.

I am also pleased with the staff ... Since having tried and looked at a bunch of multicooker, Shteba turned out to be the best for me. I wanted versatility ..., a steel bowl, accurate temperature control and a reasonable price ... I did not find an ideal model for myself, but Shteba turned out to be the best in terms of the ratio of indicators, there is no alternative to it, but with temperature adjustment with an accuracy of 1 degree, I generally have not met anywhere else. Therefore, the compromise in the form of buying Shteba was the best decision for me. Not for nothing, many people are guided by me and buy the same thing, because they know before they buy, I will test and study everything thoroughly and thoroughly, after which you can bet - it is checked, the money justifies.

Although I haven't cooked anything in it yet, I'm not disappointed with it.
PS: It's just that I'm a perfectionist in my heart, so for me everything should be in German clearly and with high quality, and in Swiss for sure

But my ring became odorous after cooking all sorts of garlic dishes. Rinsing doesn't help, apparently it's time to boil lemons)

Yes, Lena, I agree, the topic is hot, Shteba does not allow to live in peace. Tell me about a pressure of 0.3, does it take longer to cook sludge on it? I haven't tried it yet

Yes, it takes longer. It seems that they already wrote before, Olya cooked millet for 15 minutes, there is a recipe. And for rice it seemed to me 15 minutes too much

Flax, and I just today did rice porridge at night - 1 mst. rice Krasnodar (round) +4 mst. milk + 2 mst. water + salt-sugar - pressure 0.3 10 minutes + on heating 2.5 hours. And that's not true! I made beef pilaf one of the first after buying a pot. Everything turned out just super! Made from a mixture of golden and wild rice. First, frying mode 15 minutes - onion + carrot + beef in pieces; then 15 minutes. mode meat pressure 0.7; then after 7 minutes she blew off the pressure, poured rice, water 1 to 1.5, added salt, added a few cloves of garlic and 10 minutes. Porridge.
Loose rice, wonderful! And in general I have never had such a pilaf.

I finally brought a Shteba from Yulmart for myself, ordered without a timer, but they gave it for the same money but with a watch, they probably don't have others now. What is such a hole? Are you confusing anything? And boiling a lemon is very simple: pour water, put lemon slices and turn on the SOUP program. Congratulations on your purchase!
Tanyulya
The hole, I think this is a valve, everything is fine and it should be. You can boil the lemon, you can not boil it. In principle, there is no smell, it is enough to rinse the bowl well and wipe the lid of the pressure cooker itself. I recommend getting the silicone ring out and washing it with detergent. Congratulations on your purchase.

I'm not a pro, but when I make rice + cabbage + meat, I put the cabbage right away and on the 'Meat' f-yu for 20 minutes. And I think I need some water, well, a glass for sure (150-200 is needed), but it all depends on the number of ducks and cabbage.

Irina, I am also far from being a pro, but you don't need to add water for sure. My cabbage has already given SO MUCH water. I also cooked without dancing with tambourines - meat, carrots, sugar, salt, onion and tomato fried for 10 minutes, added cabbage and on "meat". The cabbage didn't fall apart. It turned out quite edible, although my husband no longer asks If I still cook, I will forcibly bleed off the steam so that the excess liquid will go away

I have Shteba not so long ago. I’m starting to get used to it. I have cooked porridge many times and always the same, but today the milk ran away and fell on the heating cake, which is under the pan. washed well, but confusing, then why did it run away at all (I also dilute milk with water). And tell me, is it possible to wash the lid under the tap? and how to unscrew the pressure valve in order to flush it there.
ElenkaM
My milk never ran away.
I wash the lid under the tap, then wipe it and dry it.
I did not disassemble the valve. In my opinion, in the beginning, Masha took apart,
or maybe I'm confusing it and they did it on the Multicooker. There is nothing complicated there.
Unscrew carefully, rinse and reassemble in reverse order.
In general, the valve is well washed under running water without disassembling.

Ultramarine, please satisfy my curiosity - from where does the milk escape in the pressure cookers? The lid sticks tightly, the valve is closed. Where is it from ??
That with the old pressure cooker, that with Shteba, I have never encountered this, and even in theory I cannot imagine how this could be (unless, of course, the valve is open)
Mar_k
It can run away if the cereal is not washed well enough, it happened to me in CF. I also put a piece of butter right away - this is out of habit, as recommended in the instructions for CF - it helps.

Did anyone cook corn in Shteba? What is the best way to do this? Now I bought a very good one at the dacha, I want to make it.
Robin bobin
My milk didn't just run away. And it just gurgled through the valve when I tried to release the pressure manually. I did, in fact, thoroughly rinse the valve immediately under running water. TTT, there were no "showdowns".

Milk from pressure cookers "runs" only as I don't see anything surprising here, so Stebik is glad that I have never tried to run milk out of it and the lid is always clean.

I cannot say how it happened, because I put it on a delayed start (everything happened when everyone was still asleep). I saw it in the morning when I pulled out the pan. I seemed to do everything neatly, wiped off all the droplets, looked everything so that it was clean. I don’t know how it happened. I do not panic, I just asked if anyone had the same. and what you need to pay attention to. that's all. Reading YOUR reviews (everyone is fine), I conclude that maybe I "twisted" something ...

It may not be in a hurry, but let it stand for a bit so that the temperature drops and then release the pressure.

Probably, I think so, the valve should be checked more seriously so that it is in a strictly closed position. Maybe it was not completely brought to the right and it was not closed enough. So Shtebochka didn't give a damn

Irina! I cooked. It turned out great.I did it on the Vegetables mode, pressure 0.7, 25 minutes. For a couple. I set up a stand and laid the corn on it.

At first I tried it - chickpeas - just boiled - already delicious, like nuts, only soft. It tastes just a little like ordinary peas. I would just eat it like nuts - I love that. But my guys will not eat so simple, so then I stewed it with sour cream, tomato and vegetables (vegetables, however, frozen, from a store bag).
By the way, Shteba cooked it up just fine! Unfortunately or fortunately, there is nothing to compare with - I never cooked it on the stove.
