Cheesecake in Oursson MP5005PSD pressure cooker

Ingredients

cottage cheese is better soft, but any will go fatter 700 g
sour cream fatter 150 g
eggs 5 pieces
sugar 200 gr as much as possible
starch 2.5 tbsp with a slide
vanillin 1 pack
rum 1 tbsp
shortbread cookies without additives 350 g
butter (I took a spray or margarine in order to save money) 150 g

Cooking method

  • Grind the cookies with softened butter in a blender. Lubricate the bowl with rast oil or any lubricant. Tamp in a bowl and make sides.
  • Stir the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, starch, vanillin, rum in a blender until smooth.
  • Put on a cake. Smooth out the top with a silicone spatula.
  • Bake on the Baking program for 60 minutes, then reheat for 30 minutes.
  • Leave to cool without a lid.
  • Difficult to turn over as the crust is crumbling. Therefore, turn on a dish with edges wider than the bowl above the sink, so as not to crumble on the floor, and then turn over onto a serving dish.

That’s what I don’t know, I don’t know. I didn’t buy the essence. And in the oven for at least an hour, 40 minutes for sure. Although now there are such ovens - you need to know your capabilities. With convection there are. I'm afraid to even advise. My usual old one. And just in case, put the water underneath so that it doesn't burn. But I didn't bake in the oven.
