Ingredients

Tomatoes
or 3 l tomato
2.5KG
Carrot 1 kg
Bell pepper 1 kg
Apples 1 kg
Red pepper 2-3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Wash everything well, pass through a meat grinder. Cook for 1 hour from the moment of boiling. Before the end of cooking, add 200 g of garlic (crushed), 150 g of vinegar, 150 g of sugar, 150 g of sunflower oil, 1/4 cup of salt. Mix everything, boil, pour into sterilized jars and roll up.

Note

And this season I cooked "adzhika for women" according to the recipe found in the Internet, adding greens (cilantro and dill) during cooking. It turned out delicious and looks like a vegetable seasoning, even suitable for children !!!

We bought carrots, garlic - well, and navayala ... Tomorrow I'll take to work ...
