Cottage cheese 100 g
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Water 300 ml.

Cooking method

  • For lack of time, I try to bake bread more often on fast mode.
  • Time in KhP - 1 hour 55 minutes. Size - XL, light crust, but next time I will put on dark.
  • I put on the PIZZA mode and watched the bun during the batch. Added about 50 grams. flour. Then I switched to the main fast mode. Next time I will reduce the water.
