Blackberry ice cream

Ingredients

Frozen blackberries 300 g
Cream 150 ml
Sugar 150 g
Lemon 1/2 pc

Cooking method

  • Defrost the berries at room temperature, preserving the syrup formed during defrosting.
  • Throw everything into a blender, pour lemon juice, beat until the desired consistency and pour into an ice cream maker.
  • Here is my blackberry, though I haven't grated the berries, I'll fix it next time.
