Bought and tested this little stove. So far, the impressions are positive and the assembly is normal. The case heats up closer to the heating element, but does not smell of plastic.

About the bucket: The manufacturer quite reasonably recommends not immersing the bucket in water. At the back there is a hidden spring with an emphasis and it is not recommended to wet it in a liquid and even more so to heat a wet one. The spring may lose elasticity.

I will try not to drop the topic if there are mechanical and e-mail. problems, because I repair everything myself.

Just bought this bread machine. We went on advertising for Ariete 121, which was fine with us. On the price tag there are apologies for the discrepancy and Ariete 125. After some thought, we decided to take it all the same because of the size, space on the kitchen table is limited.
I would like not to repeat other people's mistakes, so what was the matter? Why didn't the bread come out?

The thing is that I used the recipes listed in the instructions (which comes with the kit). And when I translated the recipes from the site to "my" size, everything worked out the first time !!! Therefore, simply do not use the supplied recipes. And I always use the first mode, which is fast baking, I have not yet understood how to communicate with it.

I didn’t make rye, but I was kneading white and dough, very good. like. And we heard about others, because this is a little-known company and it is not profitable for sellers to sell it, they get little from it. Unit what didn’t suit me in it was the size of the bucket, although initially I thought that the little one was enough for me and I didn’t see the point of overpaying for the big one. And when I started using it I realized that a large bucket is good.

I, too, have already thought about the bucket, maybe enough for two of us, but if the children come, then not enough. I still want to master rye-wheat bread. They say it takes more time for him, maybe after kneading the dough, give him time to come up.

nothing more, do it on the main program or on whole grain (depending on what kind of flour).

He baked 4 times. The bucket is really, well, very small. The first time I baked according to the recipe from the instructions for the basic mode (3 hours). It is written that the mode is for gluten-free flour, but I took wheat. After the first kneading, the dough turned out like a dough for a pie, I decided to see what would happen next. The second batch did not bring any improvement, for some reason I turned off the oven, added flour and kneaded in a bowl. Then she put it in a bucket, waited until it came up and turned on the baking. In the "Baking" mode only 30 minutes, I had to repeat it. But the bread turned out to be beautiful and tasty, almost a rich bun, even though there is not much muffin there: with milk and 20g of butter.
I decided that if the flour was gluten-free, then I could try with the addition of rye. Again I went the hard way. I took the recipe from the site for Darnitsky (where there is 150 rye and 250 wheat), counted it for my small bucket, but decided to make the batch longer. There is no "Pizza" or "Pelmeni" mode in our oven, so I put it on a batch. After the second kneading, the oven turned off and turned on the mode for bread with bran (3.5 hours). The bread turned out to be beautiful and tasty. But for a very long time.
The next time, for simplicity, I took the same Darnitsky recipe and immediately put it on the "Basic" mode. The bread was no worse.
Now I will try to increase the amount of rye flour in the mixture.

Good afternoon, members of the forum, tell me, please, what volume of a measuring cup the Ariete 125 has. When I moved somewhere I sowed my own, but I just bought the stove, and has not yet had time to adjust properly ...

They gave me this stove. Of course, I myself would have chosen more abruptly ... It suits us in size, but it's not enough in terms of functions. I just want to abandon all the products and do everything myself. You can, of course, make rye bread here, but there is a lot of trouble and it is not clear why then it is not easy to bake it in the oven)

As for the yeast white bread, everything is fine. I have baked so far only 3 times and it worked out all the time. Everything is baked. And I put everything according to the instructions for the stove. Maybe it also depends on flour and yeast?
The first time I baked on the fast program, since the guests came. Bread, as written, turns out to be less magnificent, but baked. And now, twice on the first program - everything is also fine and the crust is more brown.

Buy a regular glass, or a graduated glass. It is not your glass to your x \ n that is important, but those proportions for the dough that give the correct kneading. It is most convenient to use a 250 ml measuring cup, many recipes on the forum are given for this glass size

Good evening, I read the manual with interest https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=7271.0 Many thanks to the compiler
There is a question: in the instructions for my x / p, only the time of the Main Mode is indicated - 3 hours. There is no division into cycles. It is also advised that it is necessary to adjust the bun and add all the ingredients in the first 11 minutes of mixing. You have to understand that I have one kneading cycle and I need to achieve the perfect kolobok in the first 11 minutes? can anyone suggest?
Admin

Different models of bread makers have different baking times on the Basic (basic) program from 3.20 to 3.50.

So we must proceed from what we have

Advice, if the instructions do not contain a breakdown into time cycles, then you can measure the time yourself in cycles, take a sheet of paper and a clock for this. This will certainly help you in the future, to understand kneading and baking.

Perhaps your first batch is not 11 minutes, but a different time according to the program of your x \ n, then you still need to meet this batch time - you will not have another moment and time to form a good kolobok!
pensioner
I measured the time, but the exact numbers were in the country (there is a stove there). I remember that both kneading was 14 minutes, with about 40 minutes between them.
Darnitsky is normally baked according to the recipe from the site. I put it even at night, that is, without control.
Recipe breads with lots of rye flour do get damp. I also count because of the amount of liquid. And control is required. I knead for 14 minutes, turn it off, immediately the second batch is 14 minutes, turn off the oven, the dough rises with the oven off. When it rises, I turn on the Baking mode. We only have baking for 30 minutes, so you need to bake at least 2 times.
There are no problems at all with wheat flour bread.

1 tbsp. l sugar
1 tsp salt
pouring warm water. then make the sifted flour in it and add salt, sugar, yeast program 1 (Basic)! Good luck to you!

Irinka1, I previously had, as it is believed, one of the best bread makers Moulinex Home Bread baguette 5004. The first of them failed after 3 months (electronics flew). The store was persuaded to take the same. The second one failed for the same reason after 1.5 years (it's good that the warranty is not over).I received a refund for the bread maker and decided to buy the simplest option. It turned out to be Ariete 125, especially since the size of the bucket did not bother me, since my husband and I have two, and I eat little bread. I got the stove from the window and without instructions. And why is that instruction? I have a great experience in baking bread, and it is not a problem to cope with a stove with only 5 programs. On the very first day, after counting her favorite recipes, she baked wheat bread. It turned out no worse than from Moulinex. The next day I tried the Rye-Wheat Darnitsky from Admin (the one on the beer). The result is excellent. I came to the conclusion that in baking, not everything depends on cotton. A person who has a "taste" for the dough (and in order to have it, knowledgeable people advise you to turn to advice for beginners: everything is very clear and verified there) will always bake the desired product at a level, if only the cotton, of course, is in good order. If you are already so worried, try baking on the trail. recipe:
Toast bread
Basic Mode
Water (slightly warm) - 205 ml
Rast. oil - 1 tbsp. l
Salt - 1.25 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l
Wheat flour, higher. grade (sifted) - 375 g
Powdered milk-1 tbsp. l
Yeast SAF-moment -1 tsp
Place the food in the above order, after the first 11 minutes. kneading, press and hold the on / off button. until the signal, and then turn on the oven again and wait for the finished bread. We repeat the procedure so that you decide for yourself whether you need to add something or not, and the batch will be better, since the number of ingredients is rather big.

Girls, help me, I've been fighting with the stove for five days now. Well, no decent bread comes out. From your forum recipes and enjoyed, mostly "white bread". Well, he does not want to blush from above, the color is white white, the sides are beautiful, crunchy, and the top is all ruffled, cracked, I already tried to knead the dough with my hands, and cleaned it up for proofing in a bowl, and baked it for 30 minutes on a fast mode .. I don’t know ... maybe this is a factory marriage ??? Who has such a stove, share your experience with me, I seem to have read all your comments about the crust. In general, I'm glad to run to the store and shout that they slipped the marriage. Help me girls. I would like those who have the 125 model to join the answers.

And why is it better? I am very pleased with Ariete 125 not at all because of the lack of funds, but because baking in the oven without bells and whistles is no worse for me than in the Moulinex 5004. And I like wheat even more according to the same recipe. Now (for the first time) buckwheat bread is baked. We'll see...

Hello girls. I fought, fought, and finally achieved something, I got 5+ bread, and if possible, then 100+. I can't insert a photo, because I can't. But SUCH beauty and deliciousness !!! The height is just above the bucket, and the pulpiiiiiiish, mmmmmmm. So, the stove is good, it really is without any bells and whistles, such as a crust, etc. But she did everything herself, and the crust and height and deliciousness, well, not without me, of course. So who thinks to buy or not: buy.It is not expensive, but does not at all worse than another)))

Stekljshka16, I already wrote that when buying, they forgot to put not only instructions with recipes, but also a warranty card. True, after a couple of days everything was given away, but during this time I have already baked three loaves, because by 2 years of experience in baking in another c / n I have. The principle of operation of all x / n is not much different and here, most importantly, the bun is. As for the cupcakes, I bake them in silicone molds, and not in cotton, although I baked them in the old cotton, but the bucket after that "gets frozen" painfully. And electronic scales must be purchased. I never measure with a measuring cup. Well, except that water in ml. It hurts them to tweet for a long time. I put a plastic sieve mug on the scale (it contains 400 g of flour). I measure the rest of the ingredients with measuring spoons.
P.S My advice: take a recipe for any sweet pastry on the forum and count it under our x / p.

Does she know how to knead dough for dumplings and homemade noodles?
I am choosing KP for the first time, I need a small and very inexpensive one, because we have only one bread eater and I am not yet sure that the baking process will enthrall. If it does, then, perhaps, we will think about a more expensive and complex model, but for now, simpleton Ariete will suit us, I hope. But I would very much like that it was possible to knead the dough for dumplings, it is very laborious by hand.

I also wanted to know - is it really that huge? On all sites, the dimensions are 56x31x36 cm, while KhP, baking bread over 1 kg, are often much more modest in size. Can there be a mistake in all descriptions? It's just that in addition to the small size of the baked loaf, the small sizes of the HP itself are very relevant in a small-sized kitchen.

I tried it on my oven .. I kneaded all kinds of dough, and on pizza, and on pies, and on dumplings. From the oven I put the dough into a "powdered" bowl and sprinkle a little flour too, then I touch up with the handles, the dough turns out to be oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo wasted the dough, you can knead it in a bowl with flour, but why ??? : pardon: I made dumplings from tender dough ... I completely agree with you. The bread rises SO that it sticks to the lid, so I don't have an appetizing top, but it doesn't matter, it is so fluffy, it fries beautifully on the sides (y) BUT you MUST close the window. I close the window with such a piece of falg I made myself (I read it on this site), and then with a towel. Yesterday I didn't close it, I started spinning in the kitchen and didn't even remember about the window, so the bread didn't rise by a third, it turned out to be dense and the top is white, here.

Good day to all. I am also the owner of HP 125, while I found a suitable recipe for white bread, I ruined 3 rolls, now, according to a proven recipe, everything is OK.
moved on to rye-wheat bread. A friend brought rye flour (she works at a bakery), I take 250 g of flour into white bread, I make 1/3 of rye flour in rye from the amount of wheat flour and use 220 g. wheat, everything turns out great.
the only thing that does not become obsolete for me is the color of the bread inside, it is light, almost like white, but I just want dark bread.
can someone tell me the recipe for "black" bread specifically for our model.
just in case, I am writing my proven recipe:
150 ml of water
1 heaped tablespoon sugar
1.5 tbsp rast oil
1.5 tsp dry yeast
250 grams of wheat flour (for rye - as I wrote above)
1 tsp salt
add everything in this order.

There is a great phrase in the instructions: keep in mind that the appliance cannot "think" for you ...
I chose Ariete, knowing who produces it ... The Ariete division is one of the divisions of the Delonghi company. This is a cheap brand of the company, produced in China (and not in Europe, like the Kenwoods and Delongues), but by the development of Italians, not Chinese.
For its price (350 UAH), the build quality was pleasantly pleased, the functionality, of course, is modest, but this should not affect the taste characteristics of the bread.
