Cooking method

  • 4. After completing the program, take out the hams and cut them (separate the meat from the bones). The pulp, along with the peel, is kneaded with a fork, you can chop with a knife.

  • 5. Put some of the cooked meat in the mold and put in the whole carrot and then the second part.

Note

Jelly can be added if desired. It all depends on your taste preferences. If with gelatin, then the aspic will turn out to be quite dense. And in this case, soft, but not falling apart. I think that 1 sachet will be just right.
